Spiritual Vitamin: "Oh give thanks to the LORD, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever!" Psalm 107:1
Reflect: God is good, all the time. All the time, God is good. Take a moment and give thanks for who He is and all He's done for you!
Spiritual Vitamin: "Always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ." Ephesians 5:20
Reflect: Are you a grateful person? Not just around Thanksgiving but ALL the time? Gratitude can change the direction of your day. Take time to thank God for the many gifts He's given you!
Spiritual Vitamin: "I lift up my eyes to the hills- where does my help come from? My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth." Psalm 121:1
Reflect: Where does your help come from? So often, we seek help from everyone and everything but God. How do you need God's help today? Ask Him. He's listening and longs to help!
Spiritual Vitamin: "And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7
Reflect: Today is Veteran's Day. Would you take a moment and pray for each veteran that you know? Pray that God would bless them and give them His peace.
Spiritual Vitamin: "And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Jesus Christ." Philippians 4:19. "The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want." Psalm 23:1
Reflect: We do not lack ONE thing with God at our side! Will you RUN to Him for EVERY one of your needs?
Spiritual Vitamin: "If any of you lack wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him." James 1:5
Reflect: How do you need God's wisdom today? Pray for wisdom!
Spiritual Vitamin: "Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you." Ephesians 4:32
Reflect: Pray that God helps you be other-centered and prefer others over yourself today. Go out of your way to bless and encourage people today. Everyone needs it!
