Life Overflowing With Praise

Spiritual Vitamin: "I will bless the Lord at all times, his praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul shall make its boast in the LORD; The humble shall hear of it and be glad." Psalm 34:1-2

Challenge: Charles Spurgeon said "Not in my heart merely, but in my mouth too. Our thankfulness is not to be a silent thing."  What would it look like if your praise wasn't a silent thing? What would it look like if "thanksgiving" wasn't just one day each year, but every day for you?

Prayer: Dear God, Thank you so much for the Psalmist who spoke with such conviction about his gratitude and praise to the Lord. Lord, would you help me to bless You at all times? Could praising you continually be on my mouth? Lord, may it be true of me! Amen.
