Spiritual Vitamin: "Rest in God alone, O my soul; my hope comes from him. He alone is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will not be shaken." Psalm 62:5,6
Challenge: We all love to fret and worry about so many things. What would it be like if we didn't have to worry about anything? Rather than fretting we are to rest in God. Rather than being anxious we are to abide in Christ- to Remain secure under the shadow of his wing. Read and digest the truth in the words of this Psalm. There is such wisdom! Prayer: Dear Father, My hope comes from You. Thank you, Father, that I have security to rest in You, every moment of the day and night. Help me to ponder, meditate and take in the truth of this scripture. I know it will change me. Amen.
