Peace

Spiritual Vitamin: "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." John 14:27

Challenge: What keeps you from experiencing God's perfect peace? Are the circumstances of your life affecting you? Pray for a greater measure of God's peace. 

Prayer: Dear God, Thank you for this beautiful promise of John 14:27. To think that You give a very different kind of peace than the world gives. I'm so tempted to look at what will make me happy. But, Lord, You know that we can get everything we want and still lack peace! God, do not let me heart be troubled today. Help me not be afraid. Help me trust in You for this day. Thank you for your peace. Amen.
